In this course, we will focus on the Western Hemisphere-
climate
agriculture
major cities
political geography
population
physical geography
latitude and longitude
natural resources
wind belts, ocean currents, and landmasses
Central America
West Indies

Along with our common history topics, we will also be learning about-
country flags
common phrases in the language of that country
common recipes or food dishes

We will be using the following workbooks along the way in the class-
Mark Twain Geography Workbook for Grades 6-7
