A common request that I get every year is for tailored sibling science classes. A tailored sibling class is perfect for elementary aged siblings. All classes are housed in Google Classroom with general instructions, videos, vocabulary, assessments, and labs to try. Parents can teach from the curriculum or the student can work independently. With the curriculum provided, parents can focus on simplifying the lessons for younger students or just helping with the assignments, as needed. But the general planning stress for curriculum will be handled so you and your children can enjoy science again.

In the school system, half of the year would be history, and the other half science so this course is only a semester long. The course is offered in two ways 1) self paced  or  2) live Zoom. With self paced students can work at their own pace. Students are given a full 12 months to finish the 18 week semester. With live Zoom, the parent will set a scheduled time for me to meet with the students via Zoom. I meet with the students every other week for a live Zoom. The weeks in between will contain video lessons.

All lessons are very hands-on so students will be drawing what they are learning in a spiral notebook, writing down key vocabulary, and performing 1-2 lab activities each week. The labs can be performed as a family at home or on the Zoom.

Grading-Assessments will be provided via Quizizz, which grades tests immediately so students can write down the grades at home. 

Tuition: $180 (The family would pay $180 for the full class. This price includes access for up to 4 elementary aged siblings.)

Opton 2: Hybrid Zoom Semester

Length-18 Weeks Of Curriculum With 9 Zooms

Platform: Google Classroom & Zoom

Grading-Assessments will be provided via Quizizz. 

Tuition: $400 (Includes 18 weeks of curriculum in Google Classroom for up to 4 elementary age siblings, 9 live Zooms for the group, and grading for the group.
