    ORDER REMINDERS PLEASE READ:

    1) Please complete a separate form for each individual student so that you can enter the child's name, grade level, etc. 

    2) In order to access online classes the student will need a gmail address. This is an email that ends with @gmail.com The program is housed in Google Classroom so a personal student gmail will be needed. If the parent prefers the student to use their gmail then please enter that gmail in the student gmail area. 

    3) As of 2026, all new families will be required to complete the free Parent Student Welcome Module before gaining access to the Google Classroom class. This required module in Google Classroom will take around 10 minutes but will provide needed information on how Google Classroom works.
