General Science
Grades: 5-8
Length: 24 Weeks (Full Year Of Science)
This course will provide a mixture of life science, earth science, anatomy, physical science, and environmental science. The course will be housed in Google Classroom. Each week has a video lesson, set of vocabulary words, and 5 assignments. We will be using Access Science as our textbook, with weekly reading section. The course will be 24 weeks long, to provide a full year of General Science.

Self Paced Course
This class is perfect for students who have recently left the school system, new to homeschooling, or families looking for a change but prefer a self paced module. Students will have a full year to complete the course online. Each week the student will have access to a pre-recorded weekly lesson, 5 assignments (including labs).

Requirement: Access Science Textbook, Spiral Notebook, Science Supplies For Labs
The course will include a mixture of teacher-created lessons, online CK-12 Flexbook resources, reading sections from
Access Science (Houghton Mifflin Company-Great Source Curriculum) textbook, assignments in GC, and daily skill builders using the Mark Twain General Science workbook.
