Writing Prompts Grades: 5-8

In this course, students will learn the art of writing and having fun at the same time. This course will feature a full year with 36 weeks (two semesters). Students will learn along the way tips to mind map and brainstorm before writing. Then each week students will be a new topic to write on. 

This course will be offered two ways-self paced or learner directed. 

Self paced method- 36 weeks for $99 total

With this method students will be provided a new topic to write on each week, and the parent will check the student's work at home. The course can be used as supplementation to your current curriculum. 

Learner Directed method- 36 weeks @ $15=$540 for a full year of writing prompts with essay revision help

With this method students will have 36 weeks to complete this full year course. Students will have a weekly topic to write a paragraph on, and turn in by the end of the week. Students will have a deadine of Friday to turn in the weekly paragraph. The instructor will look over the paragraph, and provide edits needed or revision advice via Google Doc comments or a voice app.
